Intec’s Asia Pacific (APAC) region covers over 25 countries from Australasia, South Asia, South East Asia, North Asia and China.

The APAC team successfully supports over 70 customers in more than 15 countries in the region. The team consists of over 750 multi-cultural and multi-lingual employees based in our offices throughout Australia, China, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Intec’s Asia Pacific headquarters is the Kuala Lumpur Centre of Excellence, established in 1999 with MSC status granted in early 2000. The Centre provides customer support, consultancy, sales, implementation and training to over 70 customers in the region.

Our mission is to work closely with our customers, many of whom have been with Intec APAC since its inception, to provide the highest standards of performance, flexibility and robustness to help carriers service their customers effectively and profitably.

Our highly-skilled implementation, support team and account managers provide excellent customer care and advice to ensure each customer realises the full potential of their investments. We view our customers as long-term partners working together to deliver on our promises.

Intec was recently recognised for technology innovation and contribution to the telecoms industry, and awarded the Telecomasia Readers’ Choice Award 2008 for BSS Vendor of the Year.
