TrueMove has grown to become one of Thailand’s top three mobile players in its ever-expanding mobile market. With a rapidly-increasing subscriber base and a full schedule of new product and service launches, TrueMove recognised that the effect of tens of thousands of new subscribers multiplied by hundreds of new services could cripple its existing back-office systems and quickly exhaust its network resources.

In order to streamline its business processes and gain greater operational efficiency, TrueMove sought to consolidate its multiple provisioning systems onto a single platform.

Solution

Within six weeks, with no hindrance to existing customer services, Intec implemented its Inter-activatE and Inter-mediatE systems. Inter-activatE’s flexible service configuration greatly reduces the time to market for new services and simplifies modifications to existing services.

The graphical user interface (GUI) format of Inter-activatE and Inter-mediatE make the solutions significantly more user friendly. With comprehensive training from Intec’s professional services team, the system can now be adapted in-house by the TrueMove team saving on cost and time.

Despite experiencing large volumes of CDR’s at peak times, there have been no load issues since the new system was implemented. There is ample capacity to handle projected volumes.
