Development Consultant

I joined Intec in December 2005, as an intern in the area of development. After my college graduation, I was hired as a regular employee, and I had some great experiences, like travelling abroad to customer sites, working on new products and projects. They were all very challenging and valuable experiences.

However, at end of 2007, I left Intec for personal reasons and started working in another IT company. In fact, that was a great experience because I could compare both companies. But at the time, I was frustrated because I didn’t have any career plan and no recognition, until I received a call from my previous (and current) Intec manager with a proposal to return to the company. After coming back to Intec, I took part in several projects with significant roles. I could have my career plan back and working. Now I’m a working as team leader, as well as a consultant.

The working environment at the office is great. The staff help each other, and that encourages you to do the same with the newcomers and less experienced staff, independent of which company area the person belongs to. There are a few words that define my view of Intec: ‘trust’, ‘autonomy’, ‘challenge’ and ‘collaboration’.

I think any person who has professional manners and skills, looking for career new challenges and opportunities in a pleasant environment should join Intec.
