John has over 25 years of International experience in public and PE backed private companies. He has lived and worked outside of the UK and was the CFO of a Euronex and NYSE listed data network company Equant NV(now Orange Business Services), which he took from a start up through IPO to sale to France Telecom. His last executive role was as Group Finance Director of MyTravel Group plc, which he took through a Debt for Equity restructuring in 2004 and successful merger with Thomas Cook in 2007. He is currently a NED of Molins plc, Renold plc, Fairpoint plc and Albemarle and Bond plc.
