Solution

Centennial’s IT team took a very active role in the billing deployment and maintains both Intec Convergent Billing and Customer Management (Singl.eView) modules with only seven staff. Because of Singl.eView’s ability to be configured simply and rapidly, to keep pace with business needs, the Centennial IT team can use the system to quickly create and deploy new services.
